У меня были sf и rproj, работавшие над ma c навсегда, и все еще работающие после обновления до Catalina / R 3.6.2.
Я попытался установить последнюю версию sf (0.9.0), как из CRAN, так и из версии dev, и получить ошибки в обе стороны, configure: error: libproj not found in standard or given locations.
Я ушел и удалил все последние следы gdal и proj на моем компьютере, удалил оба, переустановил, и все еще та же проблема. И теперь попытка установить более старые версии sf (0.8.1), которые, как я знаю, работали на моем компьютере, также не удалась. Абсолютно в тупик!
