Исключить каталог .env из тестов flake8?

Проблема

Я получаю тысячи ошибок flake8, происходящих из моего локального .env. Пример некоторых сообщений об ошибках:

Я заметил, что ваш .flake8 файл находится в папке app. Я предполагаю, что вы запускаете flake8 из папки app, другими словами из проекта root.

Переместите .flake8 в проект root, и все будет работать: 

mv app/.flake8 .

Уберите запятые. Списки в этих файлах .ini представляют собой просто многострочные списки: 

[flake8]
exclude =
    migrations
    __pycache__
    manage.py
    settings.py
    env
    .env
...
