Я хочу получить цвета градиента на карте: 

ramp <- colorRamp(c("royalblue4", "white"))
ramp.list <- rgb( ramp(seq(0, 1, length = 15)), max = 255)

Но также, и, что более важно, я хочу добавить графически характерные характеристики к графику (особенно при наведении текста). Это мои данные:

Используя трассировки древовидной карты, вы можете отображать иерархические наборы данных.

Соответственно, проблема с вашим фрагментом кода из комментариев plot_ly(dtd7, ids = ~topic, values = ~n, parents = ~topic, type = 'treemap') заключается в том, что вы присваиваете те же данные ids и parents.

Пожалуйста, проверьте следующее:
