Поскольку вы используете драйвер MySQL JDB C в своем пакетном приложении, я предполагаю, что вы используете ту же базу данных MySQL для сервера SCDF. В этом случае вам необходимо установить класс драйвера MySQL для свойства имени класса драйвера источника данных Spring при запуске сервера SCDF.
