RUN yum install внутри Dockerfile выдает ошибку в Mac

Шаг 20/29: RUN yum install -y docker -engine-18.09.8.ol-1.0.4.el7 ---> Запуск в 9aa3b53a6171 Загруженные плагины: ovl https://artifactory.xxx.com/io-ol7-addons-yum-local/repodata/repomd.xml : [Errno 14] curl # 60 - «Эмитент сертификата Peer не распознан». Попытка использовать другое зеркало.

Ошибка одного из настроенных репозиториев (io-ol7-addons-yum-local), и yum не имеет достаточно кэшированных данных для продолжения. На данный момент единственная безопасная вещь, которую может сделать Yum - это потерпеть неудачу. Есть несколько способов исправить это: 

 1. Contact the upstream for the repository and get them to fix the problem.

 2. Reconfigure the baseurl/etc. for the repository, to point to a working
    upstream. This is most often useful if you are using a newer
    distribution release than is supported by the repository (and the
    packages for the previous distribution release still work).

 3. Run the command with the repository temporarily disabled
        yum --disablerepo=io-ol7-addons-yum-local ...

 4. Disable the repository permanently, so yum won't use it by default. Yum
    will then just ignore the repository until you permanently enable it
    again or use --enablerepo for temporary usage:

        yum-config-manager --disable io-ol7-addons-yum-local
    or
        subscription-manager repos --disable=io-ol7-addons-yum-local

 5. Configure the failing repository to be skipped, if it is unavailable.
    Note that yum will try to contact the repo. when it runs most commands,
    so will have to try and fail each time (and thus. yum will be be much
    slower). If it is a very temporary problem though, this is often a nice
    compromise:

        yum-config-manager --save --setopt=io-ol7-addons-yum-local.skip_if_unavailable=true

Люди, работающие в linux, иногда сталкивались с проблемой и решали ее, загружая репозиторий конфиг и сохранение его в пути /etc/yum.repos.d/. Но как решить эту проблему в Ma c, где YUM не используется?

PS Существует прокси-сервер, и я правильно добавил настройки прокси в docker Предпочтения настройки прокси.
