Python Запрашивает ConnectionError: ('Соединение прервано.', ConnectionResetError (10054)

Я пытаюсь отправить изображение на виртуальную машину Azure и получить сообщение. Код сервера:

Я получаю эту ошибку: ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', ConnectionResetError(10054, 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host', None, 10054, None))

Я могу запустить тот же код на своем локальном хосте и работает хорошо. Но это не работает на ВМ. Что я делаю не так?
