экспорт JSON в файл Excel с использованием JavaScript

Question

у меня есть массив 2D - строки содержимого (с ивритскими символами (charset: utf-8)). и я хочу экспортировать его в файл Excel (.xslx).

сейчас, если есть проблема с js, мне нужно решение с php. : -)

Я использую это сейчас (и проблема в том, что escape (js)). когда я использую функцию JSONToCSVConvertor() символы на иврите выглядят так:

?

(остальные символы отображаются как обычно)
