azure Сбой машинописи конвейера oryx

Я использую Azure WebApps, вот уже пару недель, и внезапно я больше не могу заставить конвейер работать, выдает следующее сообщение: 

 It looks like you're trying to use TypeScript but do not have typescript installed.
  Please install typescript by running npm install typescript.
  If you are not trying to use TypeScript, please remove the tsconfig.json file from your package root (and any TypeScript files).

Я на самом деле использую машинопись, так как я всегда использовал ее с самого начала, помогите, пожалуйста?
