C# WCFServiceApplication - не удается создать виртуальный каталог с помощью локального IIS -> невозможно создать ... веб-сервер 'http ...' не найден?

Я делаю небольшое приложение WCFService в качестве домашней работы для своей школы. Когда я пытаюсь создать виртуальный каталог (изменить IIS Express на локальный IIS), я получаю следующую ошибку:

Невозможно создать виртуальный каталог. Веб-сервер 'http://localhost/WcfServiceApp' не найден.

Я попытался удалить строку true, но все равно не удалось.

Я нашел ответ!

в моем диспетчере IIS отсутствовал веб-сайт по умолчанию. Я просто создал его вручную, и ошибка исчезла.
