Селен веб-драйвер говорит, что элемент не взаимодействует

цель : я хочу автоматизировать загрузку вложения в Интернет онлайн с помощью веб-драйвера Selenium с объектной моделью страницы и фабрикой страниц.

ожидаемый результат : просто текстовый файл должен быть прикреплен или загружен в SharePoint.
