Неоднозначный вызов метода расширения UseHttps

В моем ASP. NET Core 3.1 проекте у меня есть следующая конфигурация в Program.cs:

Компиляция приводит к следующее сообщение об ошибке: 

Error CS0121: The call is ambiguous between the following methods or properties:

'Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting.ListenOptionsHttpsExtensions.UseHttps(Microsoft.AspNetCore.Server.Kestrel.Core.ListenOptions, string, string)'

... что не имеет для меня особого смысла.

Как я могу это исправить?

Эта проблема была вызвана зависимостью NuGet, которая имела другую зависимость, которая включала пакеты ASP. NET Core 2.0. Эти пакеты конфликтуют с пакетами 3.0, что приводит к ошибке неоднозначности вызовов.

Я создал проблему для уязвимой библиотеки, добавив ASP. NET Поддержка Core 3.0.
