Почему пользовательский интерфейс становится полноэкранным, когда я добавляю фрагмент в Android Studio?

Question

Я создал новый проект с "Bottom Navigation Activity" в качестве шаблона. Если я добавлю фрагмент в мой файл frag_home. xml, внизу появится белая полоса и исчезнет панель задач android.

Вот скриншот и код без фрагмента:

Я хочу зеленую полосу сверху и под этим , фрагмент.
