Я создал приложение Blazor и добавил следующую настройку json в настройках приложения. json после того, как я создал C:\Users\wsn2\Test\Certificates\9Cert.pfx. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/servers/kestrel?view=aspnetcore-3.1)

{
  "Kestrel": {
    "Endpoints": {
      "Https": {
        "Url": "https://*:5005",
        "Certificates": {
          "Path": "C:\\Users\\wsn2\\Test\\Certificates\\9Cert.pfx",
          "Password": "4passWord"
        }
      }
    },
    "Certificates": {
      "Default": {
        "Path": "C:\\Users\\wsn2\\Test\\Certificates\\9Cert.pfx",
        "Password": "4passWord"
      }
    }
  }

Однако при запуске опубликованного автономного приложения kestrel возникла следующая ошибка:

[23:40:25 INF] User profile is available. Using 'C:\Users\wsn2\AppData\Local\ASP.NET\DataProtection-Keys' as key repository and Windows DPAPI to encrypt keys at rest.
