rerunFailingTestsCount = N не работает для меня

Question

я пытаюсь перезапустить неудачные тесты, используя плагин maven surefire, используя параметр "rerunFailingTestsCount = N"

Я не могу выполнить повторную попытку с помощью следующего POM и моего класса бегуна, пробовал с разными версиями на maven Surefire начиная с версии 2.19.1
