для получения индекса LayoutItem
на основе координат мыши.
(2) Переопределение mouseMoveEvent
для настройки QDrag

для замены целевых элементов в макете.
Поскольку виджеты matplotlib поглощают события мыши, вам также необходимо переопределить eventFilter
