Javascript: запуск всплывающего окна при нажатии определенного элемента

Question

Ниже приведено описание под кодом, который я использую на своем сайте. Я не знаю javascript, поэтому я не до конца понимаю код, но он, вероятно, устанавливает повар ie и создает своего рода слой над окном, который при нажатии запускает всплывающее окно. Мне нужно было бы вызывать всплывающее окно только тогда, когда по определенному элементу щелкают изображения и ссылки (привязка только к A HREFS). Есть идеи, как изменить код? Заранее спасибо.
