Как указать новое местоположение для плагина maven-jar для удаления необходимых библиотек

Я пытаюсь построить свой проект с Maven, и библиотеки продолжают падать в / target. Мне удалось выбрать новый выходной каталог для jar моего проекта с тегом outputDirectory.

Как выбрать каталог для необходимых jar-файлов для запуска моей программы? Я могу указать, какой из них сохранить?
