Angular 6 приложение неправильно загружается только в Microsoft Edge

У меня есть приложение angular 6, которое работает на моем веб-сайте и в IFrame. Приложение отлично работает в Chrome, Firefox и даже в IE11, но когда я запускаю приложение через веб-сайт, приложение отображается, но на консоли отображаются следующие ошибки:

Приложение работает локально, оно показывает это только при развертывании и только в Microsoft Edge. В моем приложении angular есть следующий файл polyfill:

Сообщения об ошибках настолько расплывчаты, что я не знаю, что делать.
