Проблемы с передачей информации функциям в меню - PullRequest

Это часть меню, над которым я работаю. Я могу получить первый выбор (выбор № 1 «тренер») для работы; Тем не менее, я испытываю трудности со всеми другими выборами. Когда я выбираю 2 в меню, я получаю эту ошибку:

"NameError: имя 'beginner' не определено"

Я довольно уверен, что мне нужно что-то в "def beginner () : "раздел моего кода, но ничего, что я добавляю, похоже, не работает.

Ниже весь мой код. Любое понимание очень ценится!

Вы вызываете mainMenu для каждого определения функции.

"""Selection number 1 Input user data into DynamoDB database """
def coach():
       dynamodb = boto3.resource("dynamodb")

       pprint.pprint(response, depth=3, compact = True)

mainMenu()  # <-- here


"""Selection number 2 Calculate exersises for beginners """     
def beginner():
    ...

Вы выполняете mainMenu до определения всех других функций, поэтому определяется только coach.

Удалите эти вызовы на mainMenu, чтобы оставить только один в конце:

if __name__ == '__main__':
    mainMenu()
