Хорошо, поэтому я создаю систему тикетов, и когда канал создается, я сохраняю пользователя, создавшего канал, в JSON, и когда тикет собирается закрыться, я читаю участника и пытаюсь изменить разрешение на канал, чтобы они не могли отправлять сообщения, но могли читать и могли реагировать.
