ошибка с hdf5 и тензорным потоком и python 3,7

когда я импортирую tflearn или тензор потока, у меня появляется эта большая ошибка, я уже пытался установить и удалить HDF5, выполнив установку conda - c anaconda hdf5 = 1.8.15 и все инструкции на этой веб-странице переполнения стека Предупреждение ! *** Ошибка несоответствующей версии библиотеки HDF5 *** python pandas windows my python равно 3,7, а IDE - syder

это ошибка
