gganimate :: transition_time дает летающие полигоны

Попытка создать анимацию с простыми функциями, по существу, временными рядами пространственной переменной в форме картограммы.

Проблема в том, что многоугольники летают по всему графику во время анимации.

Вот воспроизводимый пример, частично снятый с https://www.blog.cultureofinsight.com/2017/09/animated-choropleth-maps-in-r/ (в котором использовалась более старая версия gganimate.

Загрузка пакетов:

Это проблема группировки. Вы должны быть явными со своими группами. В этом случае создайте взаимодействие Year и w_l

. Вы можете использовать пакет rnaturalearth для более удобного получения карт мира / страны.
