Не удалось загрузить тип «System.WEb.Ui.WebResourceAttribute» при выполнении «миграции»

Я пытался выполнить add-migration, но при сборке я получаю эту ошибку. Я использую ASP.NET CORE 3.1. Я не мог найти какие-либо решения от Google.

System.Web.UI.WebResourceAttribute dll применяется в .NET Framework 2.0-4.8 version, не поддерживается в. net core.

Рекомендуется удалить эту ссылку в текущем проекте.
