Как остановить процесс загрузки, если такой же загруженный файл уже существует

У меня странная проблема: когда я нажимаю кнопку несколько раз, она снова загружает один и тот же файл.

Как остановить процесс загрузки, если такой же загруженный файл уже существует> Загрузка должна начаться, только если файл не существует.

Я использую диспетчер загрузки. Мой код -
