wordsegement python библиотека: ValueError: max () arg - пустая последовательность

Я использую библиотеку wordsegment python для токенизации моего текста следующим образом: 

from wordsegment import load, segment
tweet = 'Sobering stats: 110,000 homes worth $20B in flood-affected areas in Baton Rouge region, #lawx 
 ... via @theadvocatebr'
print(segment(tweet))

Однако я получаю странную ошибку, которую не могу понять, не исправить:

ValueError: max() arg is an empty sequence

Я использую следующее на Windows 10:

  • Python3
  • anaconda3
  • wordsegemt == 1.3.0

Есть какие-нибудь советы, как решить эту проблему? это ошибка библиотеки?

Пожалуйста, добавьте «load ()» после «из словосегмента импорта, загрузки, сегмента». Это работает для меня.
