Невозможно получить переменную среды в application.properties в приложении весенней загрузки

Я хочу получить значение свойства из переменной envrionment и использовать его внутри класса. Но я получаю эту ошибку: (Я также пытался установить TEST_VALUE внутри системных переменных)

Вам не нужно этого делать.

application.properties 

test.value

и переменная окружения 

TEST_VALUE

одинаковы!

Так что, если вы хотите использовать переменную среды, вы можете удалить 

test.value=${TEST_VALUE}
