SSMS: как импортировать (копировать / вставить) данные из Excel

Как скопировать / вставить следующие данные с разделителями (по умолчанию, разделенные табуляцией) из Excel: 

declare @t_values   nvarchar(max)   =

NB! Без использования OPENROWSET

PS Если у вас старая SQL версия сервера (набор совместимости базы данных меньше 130), вам потребуется отдельно функция STRING_SPLIT. Я рекомендую следующее решение .

Если по какой-то причине вы не хотите использовать PRO C (например, нет разрешений), вы можете использовать вместо этого фрагмент.

Пожалуйста, сохраните этот код как файл с расширением .snippet и добавьте это к вашим фрагментам через Code Snippets Manager:
