Как ни странно. Мне удалось распечатать страницу index.html, в которой содержится первая глава, Предисловие. Это было 4 страницы, но не следовало за остальными файлами .rmd.
Я могу создать git_book, но не PDF-файл всего документа c.
Я очень доволен.
