Проблема в структуре папок Maven в сборе fat-jar

В нашем проекте Automation QA мы столкнулись с проблемой при экспорте толстой фляги (фляги со всеми зависимостями в одном файле) и выполнении ее из CMD.

Мы используем ' maven- сборка-плагин 'в нашем пом. xml, а также' assembly. xml '(для конфигурации сборки).

Внутри [Корень проекта] / target / test-classes все соответствующие папки компилируются, теряя исходную структуру проекта.

Когда я использую mvn clean package , в target создается толстая банка. Пожалуйста, найдите флягу здесь . Но я отмечаю, что вышеупомянутые папки непосредственно помещаются в JAR root

Когда я пытаюсь запустить этот файл jar, начинается выполнение основного метода. Но он сталкивается с ошибкой, поскольку относительный путь, используемый в методе main, не работает в текущей структуре Jar. CMD

Не могли бы вы предложить?
