Android студия не отображает никаких атрибутов для переработчика

Нет атрибутов для повторного просмотра. даже я пытался набрать xml код android, студия IntelliSense не предлагала никаких атрибутов.

вот как это выглядит

это build.gradle файл

Это для любых других атрибутов? Я думаю, вам нужно почистить кеш вашей Android студии. Попробуйте сделать File > Invalidate Caches / Restarts, а затем проверить.
