Я хочу установить Apache24 с PHP 7.4.2, но не могу заставить работать модуль curl. В php .ini я устанавливаю расширение dir (extension_dir = "ext") и включаю скручивание (extension=curl). Но когда я запускаю Apache, я получаю эту ошибку в лог-файле:
