Tensorflow, кажется, устанавливается, но на самом деле не работает

Я установил тензорный поток следующим образом: 

pip install --upgrade tensorflow

(а также добавил следующее, которое работало при попытке устранения неполадок, которое также выполнялось без ошибок): 

pip install tensorflow==2.0.0

когда Я открываю блокнот Юпитера и набираю: 

import tensorflow as tf

Однако при попытке сделать следующий шаг я не получаю сообщение об ошибке и выполняю команду 

tf.Session()

У меня была похожая проблема при использовании pip для установки Tensorflow 2. Вместо этого установите Tensorflow 2, используя CONDA. Conda устанавливает все зависимости для Tensorflow 2, включая модули Nvidia CUDNN, необходимые для работы графического процессора. Как отмечалось в предыдущем ответе, используйте Anaconda для создания виртуальной среды, затем используйте conda для установки Tensorflow в эту среду

Код pip install --upgrade tensorflow
