TWA и внешние ссылки

Question

Я хотел бы спросить, есть ли способ заставить приложение TWA (Trusted Web Authority) открывать внешние ссылки, ссылки на которые не указаны в AndroidManifest. xml, в новом окне браузера вместо веб-просмотра приложений?
