«ошибка: ошибка во время рукопожатия WebSocket: неожиданный код ответа: 503». Не могу подключиться к редису на героку

Я пытаюсь развернуть chatapp на heroku, но как только я разверну его, ActionCable не будет работать, хотя он будет работать на localhost. Я думаю, потому что Redis плохо подключается к герою. Может ли кто-нибудь помочь, пожалуйста?
