Django Веб-приложение Heroku Deployement: не найдено подходящего распределения для decouple == 0.0.7

Я развертываю веб-приложение, созданное в Django на Heroku. Я следую учебному пособию, в котором преподаватель сделал aw / s без CSS / ввода изображения от пользователя. Но в моем приложении много стилей и профилей и т. Д. c, для которых требуется ImageField в модели.

IMP -> Я создал проект для Django 2.2, но django 3 запущен, поэтому я использую что.

1. Установлен Anaconda
2. Сделано в Virtual Env и активировано.
3. Установлен пип
4. Установлены зависимости
5. Пип замораживание> require.txt
6. git add , & git pu sh -am "Текст"
7. git pu sh heroku master

Вы захотите добавить файл runtime.txt в root вашего проекта с содержанием: python -3.7.2

И затем снова pu sh.

Вы используете Python 3,6, decouple требуется Python 3,7 +.
