Сервер iRedMail без подключения SMTP / IMAP

Я настроил сервер iRedMail с сертификатами SSL на своем компьютере с Ubuntu 18.04, но мне не удается подключить мои устройства (через Outlook или Spark) через протоколы SMTP / IMAP.

Я открыл порты 593, 143, 993, 995 и еще, устройства не могут подключиться к серверу. Ошибка от Spark заключается в следующем: «Не удалось установить стабильное соединение с сервером». Я также пытался руководствоваться руководством , но не повезло.

Исправлено соединение по 

iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 993 --syn -j ACCEPT
iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 995 --syn -j ACCEPT

и то же самое для 593 и 143. Теперь другая проблема: клиент синхронизирует все папки, однако письма не могут быть отправлены - квитанция о доставке почты ниже:
