исключение loadFromRemoteSources с включенной миграцией в ASP. NET MVC

Question

У меня проблема при попытке включить миграцию в ASP. NET MVC.

Когда я запускаю команду Enable-Migrations в консоли диспетчера пакетов, я получаю следующее исключение:

Я пробовал это:

Enable-Migrations -ProjectName DataLayer -ContextTypeName MyCMSContext

и

Enable-Migrations -force

, но ни один из них не работает.
