Я видел так много вопросов и установил так много вещей, как:

  • python3 .7- dev
  • python3 -dev
  • python -dev
  • pip install mysqlclient == 1.4.2.post1
  • pip install mysqlclient
  • sudo apt-get install python3 .7-dev default-libmysqlclient-dev
  • apt-get install python3 .7-dev libmysqlclient-dev
  • sudo apt- get install libssl-dev
  • pip install mysql -connector- python

мне кажется, что ничего не работает, и я не знаю, что делать дальше, любой помощь приветствуется.

Проблема решена благодаря Найджелу Сэвиджу , так как он предложил, я перечислю, что я сделал:

  • Версия Ubuntu 18.04.03 LTS
  • VPS: Экземпляр облака Google
  • python 3.7.5 с использованием virtualenv
  • apt-get install python3 .7-dev
  • apt-get install python3 .7- dev libmysqlclient-dev
  • apt install build-essential
  • pip install mysqlclient == 1.4.2.post1
...
