ActiveStorage :: FileNotFoundError, но файл фактически существует

Я работаю над этим приложением Rails 6.0.21 (ruby 2.5.5) и использую puma 3.12.2 в качестве веб-сервера разработки и ActiveStorage с локальной службой дисков.

Время от времени мое приложение ошибки с ActiveStorage::FileNotFoundError. Фактический файл существует на диске. Модель должным образом реагирует на .attached?.

Перезапуск пумы решает проблему, которая затем всплывает снова позже, по-видимому, случайно - в некоторые дни чаще, чем в других. Это происходит в Apache с mod_passenger таким же образом.

Я что-то не так делаю?

Можете ли вы профилировать приложение для доступа к IO для фс? Или хотя бы попробовать на другом компьютере, если это связано с ОС или с fs?
