Вкл. Windows: сбой вызова Connect в клиенте с ошибкой 10066, , когда сервер и клиент находятся на другом компьютере, но работает нормально, когда сервер и клиент находятся на одном компьютере .

У меня включен брандмауэр, чтобы принимать соединение для этого конкретного порта и для определенного IP-адреса.
