CKEditor игнорирует конфиг. js, почему? Кнопка добавления цвета шрифта

Question

Я использую стандартную версию, хочу добавить кнопку цвета шрифта. Но я не могу сделать. Я изменяю некоторые конфигурации в конфигурации. js, но не работает. Я использую XAMP (Windows).

Например, я удаляю данные, но они остаются на панели инструментов, я обновляю sh веб-кеш и тестирую с другого компьютера, спасибо !!
