Для упрощения, я просто устанавливаю vagrant 2.27 на Ubuntu 18.04 LTS и пытаюсь запустить его с следующий Vagrantfile:

Таким образом, виртуальная машина не загружается, однако я могу s sh к локальному хосту. Добавив в конфигурацию следующую строку:
