Я пытаюсь установить CT C -Decode на windows машине. (https://github.com/parlance/ctcdecode) Я выполняю следующий код в Git Bash:

git clone --recursive https://github.com/parlance/ctcdecode.git cd ctcdecode && pip install .

Я получаю следующую ошибку:
