Как использовать Bootstrap при загрузке приложения Rails

Я пытаюсь загрузить bootstrap в приложение Rails, но оно не работает, оно загружается как обычный HTML. Это мой gemfile:

На railstutorial.org создается новое пользовательское приложение. css .s css, и у него есть приложение. css, не sass, файл, но он тоже не работает.
