Предположим, у меня есть аннотация в следующем виде: 

@Target(ElementType.METHOD)
@Retention(RetentionPolicy.RUNTIME)
public @interface DBOperation
{
    boolean isReadOperation() default true;
}

Затем в Аспекте, как я мог бы написать две контрольных точки, одну для всех методов, аннотированных @DBOperation (isReadOperation = true), и одну для @DBOperation (isReadOperation = false)?

Синтаксис на самом деле довольно прост. Вот MCVE :

Маркерная аннотация:
