Как мне узнать свое текущее местоположение и получить широту и долготу в виде строки?

Я следовал учебному пособию и пытался узнать свое текущее местоположение с помощью карт Google, но я получаю сообщение об ошибке в LatLng, где говорится, что «попытка вызвать виртуальный метод и ссылка на нулевой объект». Я хочу получить мое текущее местоположение, а также получить широту и долготу в виде строк. Я хочу использовать эти значения широты и долготы для отслеживания местоположения в реальном времени.

создайте someMethod () в onCreate 

        fusedLocationProviderClient = LocationServices.getFusedLocationProviderClient(getActivity());
        fetchLastLocation();

 private void someMethod() {

        if (ActivityCompat.checkSelfPermission(this, Manifest.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) != PackageManager.PERMISSION_GRANTED) {
            ActivityCompat.requestPermissions(this, new String[]{Manifest.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION}, REQUEST_CODE);
            return;
        }
    Task<Location> task = fusedLocationProviderClient.getLastLocation();
    task.addOnSuccessListener(new OnSuccessListener<Location>() {
        @Override
        public void onSuccess(Location location) {

            if (location != null){
                currentLocation = location;
                Toast.makeText(this,currentLocation.getLatitude() +""+ currentLocation.getLongitude(),Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();
                SupportMapFragment mapFragment = (SupportMapFragment) getChildFragmentManager().findFragmentById(R.id.map);
                mapFragment.getMapAsync(MapFragment.this);

Затем в вашем методе onMapReady () используйте этот код: 

 LatLng center = new LatLng(currentLocation.getLatitude(), currentLocation.getLongitude());
    MarkerOptions markerOptions = new MarkerOptions().position(center).title(center.latitude + ":" + center.longitude);
    mMap.clear();
    googleMap.animateCamera(CameraUpdateFactory.newLatLng(center));
    googleMap.animateCamera(CameraUpdateFactory.newLatLngZoom(center, 18));
    googleMap.addMarker(markerOptions);

Преобразование LatLng в строку: 

String string_latlng = center.toString();

Проверьте на null в вашей функции updateMap, поскольку getLastKnownLocation иногда может возвращать null, таким образом, вы не получите cra sh или исключение. Также попробуйте this .
