Android и BLE

Я работаю над проектом, в котором я хочу получать данные (разделенные значением «только два значения») с сервера BLE. Мой первый вопрос - я пишу код для соединения, но я не связываюсь с ним. и второе, как прочитать это значение через запятую. и это значение, разделенное запятыми, будет поступать из arduino на сервер BLE, а с сервера BLE будет осуществляться связь между обоими. Код ниже.
