Попытка установить python пакет import_export

Я пытался установить python модуль: 

virtualenv .
source bin/activate
pip3 install -U django-import-export

Я также установил

sudo apt-get install python3-openpyxl

Что работает.

Однако 

ImportError: No module named 'import_export'

У кого-нибудь есть решение?
