Клиент (Azure DataFactory Azure Function Activity) функции azure продолжает работать, даже если функция завершена с выполнением

Я создал функцию azure со стандартным планом обслуживания приложения, в котором для functionTimeout установлено значение 1 час, а для свойства App Service AlwaysOn установлено значение true. Все работает нормально, но мой клиент (ADF, Postman) продолжает работать даже после завершения выполнения функции azure. С другой стороны, если я установил для свойства AlwaysOn значение false, мой клиент (АПД или почтальон) вернется через 4,5 минуты со следующей ошибкой, хотя azure выполнение функции не завершено:
