(я не могу дать правильный ответ, потому что я не знаю спецификации правильно) У меня тоже была эта проблема. Кажется, причиной является addTransceiver (). Для OfferUser безопасно добавлять addTransceiver (), но если AnswerUser добавляет дорожку к peerConnection с помощью addTransceiver () перед setRemoteDescription (), то это, похоже, приемопередатчик, не связанный с setRemoteDescription ().

Существует два возможных решения: могу думать о. 1. Если AnswerUser использует peerConnection.addTrack () вместо addTransceiver (), тогда это работает. 2. После завершения согласования получите трансивер с помощью getTransceivers (), добавьте дорожку и измените направление, а затем снова выполните согласование.
